Why applications go quiet

Often it is not you. It is the process.

A three-page CV that lists duties. An email that says only "please find attached". A role applied for a month late. A job that was never real. Many people send applications for months without learning which of these is the cause.

This kit makes the search visible: what you sent, to whom, which version, and what happens next. It also gives you a plain checklist for spotting job scams, because a fake offer wastes time and can cost money.

From chapter 5: the CV

Show what happened, not what you were told to do.

Weak bullet "Responsible for customer calls." Says what the job was. Says nothing about you.
Stronger bullet "Handled about 40 customer calls a day and resolved most on the first call." Scale and outcome, easy to check in an interview. (Sample text from the guide. Never invent a number.)
What is in the box

One guide. Eight templates. Four trackers.

Twelve short chapters cover finding real jobs, the CV, cover letters, LinkedIn, networking, interviews with 25 questions and answer frameworks, remote work, offers and rejection. The templates are Word files you fill in. The trackers are Excel files, and the offer comparison has working formulas.

A starting list of job sources and free training is in the appendix, clearly marked to verify, because websites and programmes change.

Questions

Will this get me a job?
No guide can promise that. Hiring depends on employers and the market. The kit helps you remove avoidable mistakes, stay organised and present your real experience clearly.
Is it a course?
No. There are no videos. You read, fill in the templates and apply.
I have no experience. Is it still useful?
Yes. The CV chapter shows how to use projects, volunteering and course work honestly. It will not help you invent experience, and it tells you not to.
Does it list current vacancies?
No. It teaches you where to look and how to check that a role is real. The appendix is a starting list to verify yourself.
Is it connected to the employers or sites you mention?
No. HirePath is independent. It gives no legal, tax or immigration advice.
Can I open it on my phone?
Yes. The guide is a PDF. The templates and trackers need Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets.
