Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you buy or use anything from pathhouse.online (the "site"). By paying, you agree to them. The site is operated by [BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"), [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Contact: support@pathhouse.online.
1. What we sell
We sell downloadable digital kits: a PDF guide, editable Word templates and Excel trackers. Today these are FundedPath, HirePath and SkillPath, sold separately or as a bundle. We sell no physical goods and no subscriptions. A free 3-page sample of each kit is available on the site before you buy.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in naira (NGN) on the site. You enter your email address and pay on Paystack's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. The price you are charged is the price set on our server for the product you chose.
3. Delivery
After payment is confirmed you get a download page straight away, and we also email the link to the address you entered. The link works for 60 days and allows up to 10 downloads of each file. Keep your files safe on your own device. If a download fails or a file is damaged, email us and we will fix it.
4. All sales are final
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Please read the free sample first. See the no-refund policy for details, including what we will fix.
5. Your licence
When you buy a kit you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own applications, work and learning. You may not resell, share, post, redistribute or publish the kits or any part of them, or sell products made by copying them. Templates you fill in with your own information belong to you.
6. No guarantees of outcomes
The kits are guidance and tools. We do not guarantee that you will win any scholarship, grant, job, client, income or other result. Outcomes depend on the funder, the employer, the number of applicants and your own application.
7. Information may be out of date
Programme details, deadlines, websites, tools and rules change often. The kits tell you to confirm specifics on official pages, and you must do so before acting. We are not affiliated with any programme, employer, job board, platform or tool mentioned in the kits. Nothing in the kits is legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to access files or orders that are not yours, interfere with payments or downloads, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access if we reasonably believe this is happening.
9. Ownership
We own, or have the right to use, all content in the kits and on the site. Buying a kit does not transfer ownership of it.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by decisions you make using the kits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OR STATE], subject to any rights you have under the law where you live.
