No-refund policy

All sales are final. We do not give refunds.
Why
Our products are digital files that you can download immediately and keep. They cannot be returned, so we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made. This is why we publish a free 3-page sample of every kit.
Please read the sample first
Each kit page has a "Read the free sample" link. The sample contains the cover, the contents and one full chapter page, so you can see the structure and the writing before you pay. Buy only if the sample suits you.
What we will fix
- If a download link does not work, or a file is damaged or will not open, email support@pathhouse.online with the email address you paid with. We will send a working link or a replacement file.
- If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, tell us and we will correct it.
What this does not change
This policy does not remove any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived. It also does not apply to anything the law says we must put right.
